City of Sheboygan Falls Fire Department maintains a Volunteer fire serivce. SFFD has been serving the community of Sheboygan Falls since 1863 and we currently serve 5.41 Square Miles of Sheboygan Falls, along with the entire Sheboygan County as part of MABAS Division 113.
SFFD fire services respond to structure fires, car fires, grass fires and many other calls. We also respond for carbon monoxide detectors alarming, vehicle accidents, and gas leaks.
The firefighters of SFFD hold 2 fire drills a month. Skills are practiced and refined. Training consists of search and rescue in smoke filled rooms, extinguishing fires, apparatus formalization, classroom learning, vehicle extraction, ladder training, and community navigation. Since we are a volunteer fire service members are also trained to be command staff if needed.
